T&C Vastgoed Consultancy was founded in 2017 by Tak Lam. He has been active in the Dutch housing market for more than 20 years as a financial real estate expert and has worked for renowned Dutch real estate companies such as Wilma, NBM Amstelland (BAM) and Amvest. At Amvest, Tak Lam has been CFO for many years and, in addition, has also held –ad interim- the positions of CEO and Director of Investment Management. Tak Lam has studied business economics at Tilburg University and is also a registeraccountant.

With T&C Vastgoed Consultancy, Tak Lam wants to use its expertise in the Dutch housing market for professional parties seeking support in setting up or revising their housing portfolio or financing strategy. This also applies to issues relating to risk or financial management.

In addition to strategic advisory services, T&C Vastgoed Consultancy is also specialized in providing services for equity raising, (project) financing and setting up residential investment funds.
